Streak for Isolation.

A broth containing both Serratia marcescens and Staphylococcus epidermidis was streaked for isolation on nutrient agar and incubated at room temperature for 3 days. The red colonies are Serratia marcescens and the white colonies (see arrows) are Staphylococcus epidermidis.
