Smear
When viewing the smearing procedure notice:
1. the organism is placed near one
end of the slide
2. a broth sample is directly smeared
onto the slide.
3. a nutrient agar plate sample is
first suspended in a drop of water and
the bacteria
from that suspension is smeared on the slide.
