VIEWING REPORT OF EVALUATIONS

INSTRUCTORS:

STEP ONE:

            Log in to MTC OnLine using

Username:  firstname/middleinitial/lastname

Password:  last 6 digits of social security number

            When logged in, you will see “Welcome, Your Name’ to verify your log in information.

STEP TWO:

            Click the down arrow to choose term

            Click the Show Courses button

STEP THREE:

            You should now see your evaluation report (partial report shown below).

            To view response details, click on percentage.

            To change term, click on down arrow, select term and click change button
