ACCESSING ON-LINE EVALUATIONS

DATES:  Begin access on November 14, 2005

                 End access December 2, 2005

STUDENTS:

1.      Go to the Student Menu of MTC Online.
(http://mtconline.midlandstech.com/datatel/openweb/st/stmenu.html)

 

2.      Click on the “Evaluate courses” link under Additional Information/Services at the bottom right of the page.

 
   

3.      Log in using your MTC Online username and password. For help on logging in, click on the “How do I log in” link under the User Account Information at the top of the page.

4.      Once you’ve logged in, you will see a page listing courses that you are currently enrolled in, and are able to evaluate (sample page below). If you have Lecture and Lab sessions for a course, you will need to evaluate each session individually. Multiple instructors for one course will also need to be evaluated individually.
 

5.      When you’re ready to evaluate the course and instructor, click on the ‘Evaluate this course and instructor’ link under Evaluation. (Note: Please set aside 10-15 minutes to complete each course evaluation in one sitting.)

6.      Complete the evaluation and click button below to move to next page. (Note: Review each page before hitting the submit button; you will not be able to go back to review or change your answers.)

7.      Continue until you see the message below (if you have other courses to evaluate, go to step eight).

8.      Click the “Click here to view other courses” link above.

9.      You will be returned to the course list box below:  (you should see Completed for any courses already evaluated)
