Orientation Response Page

Once you have finished reading the Orientation Pages, you must send me an e-mail HoffmanR@MidlandsTech.com with the following information.  Failure to send a response will result in withdrawal from the class.

1)  Your name

2)   Your e-mail address you will use for the class

3)  A short, acceptable word or number "code" that will be used to post your grades

4)  A sentence clearly stating that you have read the Orientation Pages and understand what is expected of you in the class.  Include in this statement the number of homework assignments you must complete and how many tests you must take this semester.

5)  Any questions you may have.

The Orientation Process is now complete.
